Compounded in Australia

Peak Peptides, direct from the people who compound it.

Most of this category is distribution. Stock is bought in, relabelled, and sold on by someone who has never seen the facility. Direct means the order goes to the people compounding it, and the person you ring works there. The full range is listed below.

What "direct" actually means here

It is a supply arrangement, not a slogan, and it is worth being specific because everyone uses the word.

No middle layer

Nothing is bought in finished and relabelled. There is no distributor between the facility and the order.

One origin

Compounded in Australia under the arrangements that apply to it. Not imported, repackaged, or drop-shipped from a third party.

A traceable batch

What was sent can be matched back to the batch it came from, and that record is ours rather than a supplier's.

A real phone number

Answered by someone at the business. Not a ticket queue, and not an agency answering for several brands at once.

The Peak range

Eight products. Named here so you can tell whether you are in the right place — what any of them is for is not a question this page answers, and anyone who tells you otherwise on a page like this one is selling rather than informing.

All compounded in Australia, all supplied from the same facility, each released against its own batch record.

How to check us, rather than take our word

“Is this legit” is the right question to ask of any supplier in this category, and the only useful answer is a document you can open rather than a sentence we wrote.

A certificate per batch

Independent laboratory analysis, the document the lab issued, matched to the batch on what you were sent.

An Australian company

Registered here, compounding here, with an ABN and a street address rather than a contact form and a PO box.

Card payments only

No bank transfer, no crypto. A card gives you a chargeback, which is a protection an operator avoiding cards has chosen to deny you.

A traceable order

Confirmation before packing, tracking that works, and a person to ring when it does not.

We do not publish customer reviews or testimonials on this page. We cannot verify a review we wrote ourselves, and neither can you — so the provenance above is offered instead, because it can be checked.

How ordering works

Place the order
Through the site. Card only — we do not take bank transfer or crypto, which is deliberate: a card gives you a chargeback and us a traceable payment.
Confirmation, then packing
You get an email confirming what was ordered before anything is packed, so a mistake can be caught while it is still a line on a screen.
Dispatch with tracking
Sent from Australia with a tracking number that works. If tracking has not moved, that is a real question and we will chase the carrier rather than telling you to wait.

Over-18s only. Identification may be requested.

Shipping and postage

Flat-rate domestic shipping, calculated at checkout before you pay rather than added afterwards. Express is available where the carrier offers it to your address.

We do not ship outside Australia, and we do not use international shipping partners. An order that cannot be delivered lawfully to where you are is refunded rather than sent and hoped for.

Returns, and what happens when something is wrong

Anything damaged, incorrect, or not what the order said gets replaced or refunded — our cost, including the postage both ways. That is not a goodwill gesture, it is what the Australian Consumer Law requires, and the guarantees it provides cannot be excluded by anything written here.

For change-of-mind, contact us before dispatch and the order is cancelled and refunded in full. After dispatch, sealed and unopened items can come back; opened ones cannot, for reasons that are obvious once stated.

If we got it wrong, say so and it gets fixed. We would rather carry the cost of a replacement than argue about who is at fault over a parcel.

Who to contact

Ordering, postage, and returns questions all go to the same place, and the reply comes from a person who can actually do something about it.

What this page is not

It describes a supply and service arrangement. It is not clinical guidance, not a recommendation, and makes no claim about what anything does or is for — those are questions for a qualified practitioner, not a website.

Over-18s only.
